Switch Pro Controller inputs are gibberish

See below, I only move the left stick slowly here, but none of the sticks are responding properly and the buttons are rapidly flickering between pressed and released.

Reproduction Steps:

• Build and run flixel-demo number 61 with the latest haxelibs: https://github.com/HaxeFlixel/flixel-demos/tree/dev/Input/GamepadTest
• Plug in a Switch Pro Controller (I tested this wired with USB-C)

This occurs on both Windows and HTML5.

Both work for me on Mac, as well as when I build the demo locally. I'll try my windows machine, too
