Adding my fork for PackTracker?

Hi, would it be possible to add my fork of the plugin PackTracker? The old one is outdated, and I want to maintain it with new sets released and also some improvement from the community if they will provide feedback.

A maintained fork could restore this functionality, but inclusion should have clear trust and compatibility criteria: supported HDT versions, release packaging, plugin identifier/update URL, and how users migrate from the abandoned fork. It would also help to document ownership and a small compatibility matrix for current card sets before changing any official plugin reference.
