This is a 9x9 Sudoku game written using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. In this game, only one number from 1 to 9 can exist in each row, column, and 3x3 square.
To place a number on a square, you must first click on the square and then select the desired number using the buttons 1 to 9 located below the board. You can also select the desired number using the keyboard keys. To remove a number from a square, simply right-click on the desired square.
To start the game, you must first enter a username. This username is stored in the browser's local storage so that for subsequent times, the username field is automatically filled.
After starting the game, two buttons can be seen at the bottom of the board:
- REMOVE NUMBERS : By clicking on this button, all entered numbers on the board will be erased.
- RESTART : By clicking on this button, a new game will start.
This game has three different levels that can be seen at the top right after starting the game. You can increase or decrease the level using the available buttons.
- Level 1: easy.
- level 2: medium.
- level 3: hard.
When you fill all empty squares, if you have proceeded correctly, all completed squares will turn green indicating your victory. If you have filled all squares but nothing happened, it means you have entered a wrong number(s).
There are no specific requirements to run Sudoku game. You just need a modern web browser.
