Auto correction enable per app

From South Asia where we communicate native languages by English letters/keyboard so we have turned off auto correction to avoid English words inserted into our designated native words.

But other apps like mail and github where we communicate only by English, so we can enable auto correction there and disable here.

How can we have that...
Enabling auto correction globally and exclude Whatsapp like apps
Or disabling globally excluding mail stuffs.
