The ability to move this ?

Idk if this already has a setting I tried to find it and couldn't, I want this to be on the right, can you please add this 😊 its only on the right with some languages like Arabic.
And maybe an option to have the settings inside the tool bar already be open before typing anything, like in picture, and when you type they get hidden to the side like in picture.
