Holo Keyboard style's special buttons (shift, comma, enter, etc) are gray in light mode #2052

Describe the bug

To Reproduce

1. Enable light mode in Android
2. Set the Light Mode colors to Dynamic Colors
3. Set the keyboard theme to Holo
   The order here doesn't matter.

Expected behavior
The special buttons are supposed to be accent colored (as shown by every other keyboard style.)
