claude-4.5-sonnet should be claude-sonnet-4-5 instead.
All model names should match vendor's naming.

Hi! I'd like to work on this. A few questions:

1. Should this be a breaking change, or maintain backwards compatibility?
2. Which models need to be renamed? (Is there a list?)
3. Should old names redirect to new names, or show deprecation warnings?
