There is a problem related to manual self-hosting the helicone with our own LLM models specially with gemini and also there is problem in seeing the data on the dashboard especially on the Linux

I can take this docs issue.

I prepared a docs patch for /getting-started/self-host/manual that adds:

• a Gemini manual self-host smoke test example
• Linux/manual self-host troubleshooting for requests not appearing in the dashboard
• clearer verification steps after setup

If that direction looks good, I can open a PR.
