Thanks for the suggestion! The Khipro team is currently working on a Quick Start Guide. Once that’s ready, it can definitely be added to HeliBoard. I’m not fully sure about the best way to implement this, so I’d appreciate some guidance from @Helium314 on how to make the guide appear only when the Khipro layout is enabled. Any advice on the right approach would be really helpful. |

Hello @qomarhsn
I primarily use fixed layouts and do not use phonetic typing. I find the Khipro layout very interesting, and I appreciate its implementation in HeliBoard. Thank you for including it.
Most Bengali users who type phonetically rely on Avro or Ridmik. Unlike Avro, the Khipro layout has no Shift-based characters, and several typing patterns differ significantly from what Avro users are accustomed to.
When I tried Khipro out of curiosity, I found it difficult to navigate the layout. I eventually had to open a browser, visit the Khipro website, and learn the key mappings from there. This made me realize that an in-app typing guide could be very helpful for average users—especially those trying Khipro for the first time.
I am unsure how this feature would be implemented in a way that applies only to a specific layout. One idea is to include a “Typing Guide” section within the About page that becomes visible only when the Khipro layout is enabled, and remains hidden otherwise.
