Inform the user when legendary cannot acquire the install lock #5124

Problem description

If a user tries to install an Epic game but legendary fails to acquire the lock (like... if there's another legendary process already installing something, and I don't know if there are other ways it could fail), the installation finished immediately and the users receives a notification that the installation finished.

[cli] CRITICAL: Failed to acquire installed data lock, only one instance of Legendary may install/import/move applications at a time.

Feature description

When the installation fails, we should show something to the user, ideally with the reason and maybe some indication of what to do?

Alternatives

I don't know, anything that is more clear to the end user instead of just some line lost in the legendary logs.
