Export snippets as a separate vim plugin

YATS is a great syntax highlighter, unfortunately my config is loading the snippets present in this repo which collide with the ones in my personal config, I'd like more granular control over how snippets are loaded and snippet managers dont support cherry-picking what you want and what you dont want
