Add more info about using npm import for nodejs project

Right now our docs is heavy towards the script tag cdn import, because that's where puterjs started, but we've grown ever since.

Plus modern devs mostly uses platforms like nextjs, react, etc, which uses node.

Another goal we hope is for AI chat can benefit with having more info about this nodejs usage, so it can aid with vibe coding.
