With the removal of the legacy GPL-2-only MySQL client, we aren't constrained to keeping FAnsiSql GPL-2-only (or GPL-3-only, as it's currently listed - whoops!) - relaxing this to MIT or similar would allow a wider audience and greater flexibility in future. Thoughts @JFriel ?
