Hi I have PIC16F887, build circuit

But I get

$ ./ardpicprog -p /dev/ttyACM0 -i ~/PIC/Proba1/PROBA1.hex --burn

And when I connect RB3/AN9/PGM/ to GND via 4,7K resistor it does not detect PIC
Edit: I had connected 5v from arduino, placing 4,7K resistor at PGM does not prevent detecting my PIC
