parse conditions and UB packages automatically #442
Description
In the future we want to parse the conditions and packages (Bedingung für prozessuale Zeitangaben) from "Allgemeine Festlegungen zu den EDIFACT- und XML-Nachrichten" automatically and specific to each format version.
