The 46 skipped cases require unavailable AVX-512 CPU features.

The 87 failures are intentional finding-test contract failures. They have been consolidated into 49 GitHub issues, each with a self-contained analysis, source location, reproducer, expected behavior, observed behavior, impact, and validation criteria.

The former intermittent Limiter failure is resolved as a test-classification issue: the relevant SIMD helpers process full pitch and may modify output row padding. Such changes now emit an informational diagnostic, while active-pixel correctness and allocation-guard integrity remain mandatory failures.
