Is it possible to get the frame properties (PTS, keyframe, etc) in C++ without avisynth/vapoursynth?

The title says it all: Is it possible to get the frame properties (PTS, keyframe, etc) in C++ without avisynth/vapoursynth?
For example, with ffms2 and bestsource, we can directly use them without having to build avisynth or vapoursynth to query frame information.

This request wasn't on my radar. Technically speaking it's not impossible, it may just need implementation. Can you describe a bit more? Just by reading this I have no clue what we are trying to do here.

I would like to use lsmash directly with c or c++. I could simply link to lsmash and request the number of frame and its pts.
For example, for ffms2, i use FFMS_GetFrameInfo to retrieve each frame pts.
It would be nice to have a similar function.
