How to type check using Sorbet

To address #62 (Spoiler alert: RBS->RBI generation works fine) and such:

1. Setup a project per the tapioca readme (add tapioca to Gemfile, bundle && bundle exec tapioca init, and wait a long time)
2. Whenever returning an HTTPX.... factory/builder object, the type to use is HTTPX::Chainable rather than HTTPX like so:

3. bundle exec srb tc works now, tests are green, and now you're laid-off by text message after your manager was also laid-off and replaced by AI too.
