Header section is overlapping on the content of each page except the 1st page

Here is the html code. In this html , headerSection is something which has to be printed on each page. It appears correctly on the 1st page. But from the 2nd page onwards it is overlapping with the page's content. Attached the pdf-plugin and puppeeteer code which generates the pdf. Kindly please help me in fixing this issue. chart2.html is the name of the html file. Please put the below html content in a file named chart2.
