[LGPO] limitations regarding actual MLGPO backup and comparison

Hello,
I just ran right into LGPO's limitation when creating the PolicyFile for use with PolicyAnalyzer, while doing a review on a server having
MLGPOs deployed.

I noted the issue when I saw differences with known configuration elements (in this case, LAPS configuration), does any of you know how (if possible) to actually backup everything applied to the current machine ?

Just in case, I already checked the elements described here : http://supportishere.com/export-and-import-lgpos-and-mlgpos-for-windows-10-in-mdt-2013-update-2-or-sccm/, not functional anymore.
