Hi,
Your PC always has a username, you set it when installing Windows. You would see your username when you open a new Terminal window for PowerShell or CMD, maybe that can help you remember that.

Try Admin see if it works, I can't know for sure because it's your device and i simply don't have that info.

The exact policy that you used is documented here, called Don't display last signed-in. I put a note in yellow in the Protect page for it. It's a sub-category and all sub-categories are unselected by default to reduce chance of accidentally selecting and applying them.
