Unable to update Steam games and/or start Hoyoverse/Gacha games

Hej. After successfully installing it and setting the recommended settings, I'm unable to play certain games that require to download things before launch or update.

I also noticed some websites generally refusing to load and only load after a couple of reloads. Which rule could possibly cause this and how can I "fix" it?

I'd say it's the TLS category. You always have the option to undo everything individually or all at once in just a few seconds.

That sounds very plausible. I might be completely blind, but where would that undo be in the Harden System Security application?

If using English language in the UI, it's called "Remove", it removes the security measure(s). Unfortunately i'm on the phone and can't show you screenshot.

Also take a look at the Edge category. They all have documentations in the Wiki you can check out or simply hover over the link icon in the UI.

I disabled all recommended rules for now and will go through them with more care. I don't know which TLS thing would cause this to happen tbh, as this also happened for game updates on Steam, which at first I thought is because of the folder policy.

Yes, unfortunately some servers still use old and relatively insecure TLS cipher suites.

In future updates these will be much more simplified; you'll be able to select the security measures to apply to your system based on your device usage.
