SessionPipeline triggered via Action manual dispatch fails invisibly

Mainly opening this ticket here as I fear we might forget about it in the infra repo - feel free to move though, @tillprochaska.

I just ran the SessionPipeline via the manual action trigger in the infra repo and two things behave different from what I would expect:

1. The action has a green result, despite failing.
2. I would have expected to get a pushover notification, as the error is the same as the beginning of the week when the normal schedule hit.

I haven't looked into this more, wanted to have it documented though. Here's the run.
