Upgrade from Zod fork

Howdju currently uses a fork of Zod that includes https://github.com/colinhacks/zod/pull/1617. We also at least one locally overridden Zod class (`ZodFormattedError`). I also recall seeing type errors due to https://github.com/colinhacks/zod/pull/1492 (even though that PR makes sense...will need to see what I was doing wrong.)
