This seriously needs to be looked into. One of the Microsoft Azure's extension vscode-apimanagement has a dependency on this extension https://github.com/microsoft/vscode-apimanagement/blob/2450924815c63647fad6bb34e0f3be894c663c56/package.json#L1045
