[enhancement] Add domain arg to `hs filemanager upload` command

Description and Context

Many accounts have multiple file hosting domains. It would be an amazing enhancement to set the file URL by domain as an argument to the hs filemanager upload command.

What it could look like:

hs filemanager upload <src> <dest> --domain=<default|hubspot_cdn|www.example.com|www.another-domain.com>
