fetch --assetVersion not working

Description and Context

the --assetVersion flag is not working for cli v4.1.7 . the line below only gets the old version across multiple portals (old and new)

hs fetch @hubspot/search_input.module --assetVersion=1

I got this command from this changelog article

Steps to reproduce

Run the command above on any portal (i tried on portals with v0 and v1).
