Hubspot CLI Upload function does not upload projects inside a dot folder under linux 

## Description and Context
When I try the `hs upload` command, it doesn't work inside my ~/.sites folder

### Steps to reproduce
Create a dot folder `mkdir .sites`
try `hs upload` command inside the `.sites` folder after setting up

## Expected behavior
should upload the files
