after a long time no updation, hugo blox does not work

HUGO version: 0.146.2
OS: Sequoia 15.4.1
GO version: 1.24.2

I download a brand-new copy of theme-academic-cv, then execute:
hugo server -D

then failed, anybody know why?(please see the following error message)
