[feature] support tanstack start RC with nitro v3 (alpha)

Description

In nitro v3 there is no way to get the event object outside of the handler definition.
It’s problematic because we cannot then use it in tanstack start serverFn or loader since we don’t have the event object to give to useLogger.

Or I’m missing something 😢

The first idea I had would be maybe to not pass by nitro at all for tanstack start and do something in the same style than honojs where we give the logger via the context 🤔

@HugoRCD This could be fixed by supporting the ServerRequest from useRequest() (nitro v2s useEvent counterpart) with asyncContext.
It has the same context as the event itself.
