RheMAP-Surf v1.0 - Surface Transformations Among Commonly Used Rhesus Macaque Brain Templates
Latest
RheMAP-Surf v1.0
RheMAP-Surf provides precomputed deformation spheres for performing surface-based transformations among widely used rhesus macaque brain templates: NMT v2.0 (symmetric & asymmetric), D99, MEBRAINS v2.0, and Yerkes19. Transformations were generated with FSL's MSM (Multimodal Surface Matching).
What's included
- Standardized spherical and anatomical surfaces (
surfaces/) - Precomputed deformation spheres for template-to-template transformations (
deformation_spheres/) demo/with usage instructions and example code- Processing details, quality assessment, and visualization reports (see Documentation below)
Two alignment flavors
- MSM-curv — conventional surface alignment using FreeSurfer-derived mean curvature
- MSM-aprx — MSM alignment driven by RheMAP-projected random features to approximate ANTs-derived volume registrations across surface spaces
