Enable wranglers to see the Phase 4 - Secondary Analysis workflows when using analyze-submission tool

As a DCP wrangler, I would like to be able to check the Secondary Analysis for workflows with the analyze-submission tool. Currently, we can not see the workflows due to lack of authentification info. Here is the output:
