Can't download matrix for the Organoids dataset

When I try to create concatenated Expression Matrix for Assessing the relevance of organoids to model inter-individual variation dataset I get an error irrespective of what format I choose.

We have a data consumer interested in this particular dataset who contacted me about inability to download matrix. Could someone have a look at this please?
