Hub should handle "future dates" from badges

The badges sometimes (very rarely) send future dates in the data due to a bug we haven't solved yet. Since we use these dates to decide what data to pull from the badges, a future date might lead to the hub not getting any new data from the badge.

We should ignore dates that are too far into the future. Perhaps we already do that, but I'm not sure.
