Issues running Smart-AI-Resume-Analyzer locally

Hi Het,

I tried running the app locally, but I’m running into the following errors:

1. SyntaxError in jobs/webdriver_utils.py
2. AttributeError in app.py

Could you please help me fix these?

For everyone else the app is running without any issues, so I need more details to understand what’s happening on your side.
Share the full error logs or screenshots of both the SyntaxError and the AttributeError.
If that’s not convenient, we can also connect over email so you can explain the issue clearly.

Thanks for the quick reply!

I’m getting two errors locally in VS Code:

1. A SyntaxError in webdriver_utils.py caused by an f-string that contains backslashes.

2. An AttributeError in app.py saying render_home doesn’t exist, even though it’s being called.

Because of these issues, the app isn’t running on my end.

Could you please share a full step-by-step guide on how to properly set up and run the project (including required Python version, dependencies, environment variables, and any CLI commands)?
That would really help me confirm whether the issue is with my setup or the code.

I can also send full logs or screenshots if needed.
