Hi, I have downloaded the .txt files provided as examples here. (Dem, fill, fdir, facc and Hazard)
I run the GFI pluggin and it seems to work when selecting the ASK method. The optimal threshold appears in the performance file.
There is a problem when using the FAt method. The GFI index is generated, but it seems there is a problem for the pluggin to perform the calibration. No threshold is calculated and therefore, the binary map is flat.
I am wondering if this could be a bug in the pluggin? As I tried to make it work using the examples files provided here.
Has anybody been able to obtain a binary map using the FAt method?
