hx deploy fails to show deploymeny progress with error "error reading WebSocket"

Running hx deploy consistently gives me the error ❗error - error reading WebSocket message: websocket: close 1006 (abnormal closure): unexpected EOF while showing deployment progress. Sometime the pipeline visualization is briefly shown before the error, sometimes it is not.

Repro Steps

1. Run hx deploy; it happens every time for me on MacOs in zsh/

PR #228 doesn't fix this issue, but it at least handles it better by checking the run status on failure.
