The protocol score transform measures the distance between two angular assignments. Unfortunately, it does not take into account the symmetry. The protocol compere angles in scipion-em-xmipp does take into account the symmetry. A base protocol can be create and score transform should be deprecated.
However, this modification creates dependencies on xmipp
