Unexpected result from xmipp_ctf_correct_phase

I am gettting non expected results when correcting ctf with xmipp_ctf_correct_phase program. It looks like it does nothing to the images

leftt: original particle, center: xmipp_ctf_correct_phase corrected, right: xmipp_ctf_correct_wiener2d corrected

This is an example command

mpirun -np 24 --map-by node which xmipp_mpi_ctf_correct_phase -i Runs/057541_XmippProtCTFCorrectPhase2D/input_particles.xmd -o Runs/057541_XmippProtCTFCorrectPhase2D/corrected_ctf_particles.stk --save_metadata_stack Runs/057541_XmippProtCTFCorrectPhase2D/corrected_ctf_particles.xmd --sampling_rate 1.0

This issue is blocking PR I2PC/scipion-em-xmipp#934
