MAKE commands just work on second try

I don't know why, but here everytime I make some change in code the first make command (e.g. make all or make flash) gives me:

Makefile:23: recipe for target 'all' failed

It always work on the second try.
Does it also happen to you @Williangalvani and @patrickelectric ?
