Please include "--generate-bash-completion" for the "help" command and subcommands

The help command/subcommands are some of the most useful to have autocomplete as I usually. Require read the docs of command I am less familiar with.

In release 2.30.0, the CLI introduced the assist command that bridges between the CLI and docs using watsonx. Wondering if this will prove even more useful to you?

1. Download the .gz file containing the binary.
2. Check the path Bluemix_CLI/autocomplete which contains a bash_autocomplete and zsh_autocomplete files.

That being said, I think this should be provided via a subcommand called completion.
