Preventing the download command from updating date modified on a windows folder. #227
Description
I've noticed that running the download command will always update the day modified on a windows folder even if the files are already fully downloaded and skipped when the command is ran again. I've tried running -k with the different values it has but it seems that the download attempt it self edits the destination folder. I would like to keep the date modified intact for folders where the contents is not being updated or downloaded, is this possible?
