Thanks for Sharing the doc. We have connected with customer and Explained the steps.

Customer Security team wants more detailed process like in each process its connected which URL and port and what service etc. We are not able to explain that deeper. Could you please join the call Tomorrow at 4.30 PM IST with customer security team to explain more deeper. They are following up for long time to adopt Aspera on cloud.

I have also raised IBM support ticket for the Same.
