[Bug] Rootdir not found in util package for Document Quality Module

What happened + What you expected to happen

While running the Document Quality module, it is unable to find the rootdir, even when importing rootdir from the util package it is unable to find it. Alternatively, I had tried to use key values to be able to run the module but to no avail as it was unable to find the ldnoobw file.
