Encryption : Consider to provide Luks Encryption as an option

Hello,

It would be great to provide Luks encryption at the CSI options.
For example :

• NetApp Trident CSI provides a Luks option to perform encryption at the worker level.
• LVMCluster CSI provides Luks encryption option too.

The aim is to provide a solution to encrypt data at the worker level to avoid the need for SAN Network encryption or SAN storage encryption.

Do not hesitate to ask more information about the usecase.
