Clicking 'download' button caused internal server error

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Run havacore_analyser_web.py from PyCharm withot parameters
2. Navigate to localhost:5000
3. Go to the reports table
4. Click any of the 'download' links

Expected behavior
A zip file is downloaded
