Change a scale for CPU usage in thread view

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When you browse cpu usage in thread details, when the usage is small (e.g. 2%), you see big bars which might give a false assumption that the cpu is constantly used

Describe the solution you'd like
The more meaningful would be IMO set a scale to 100% so that you see all small bars here which immediately tells you that this threads uses only a little cpu.

Describe alternatives you've considered
The alternative is to inform the users somewhere (e.g. as kind of the tip) about different details of the thread, like: "cpu usage small", "memory usage small" etc. That would be also interesting feature but much more consuming than this one.

@kkazmierczyk it should be handled by a feature that we already discussed to add a zoom in and zoom out in all of those graphs.
Not sure why there is no enhancement item for it.
