Store: New API get_normalized_value()

Gets the normalized value of statement, if any.

Other possibilities:

• Make Statement carry an extra (normalized) value or value set.
• Make value carry an extra (normalized) value or value set.
• Extend the AnnotationRecord with an extra field normalized_value. (Preferred)
