Describe the problem you need a feature to resolve.
This issue will track the creation of two modules:
oc_zoscloudbroker_operator
- [ ] create state
- [ ] delete state
These modules should let users create and delete the Broker operator in a given namespace.
Should users provide cluster/namespace info in module, or will we require users to be logged into open shift?
