Incorrect approach used to create custom software specification in example

The notebook example Custom image, software specification for python function is using an outdated method (storage volume upload) that was replaced in 4.7.

Instead the custom software definition should now be added per the API as shown in the documentation.

Hi @timroster, the approach used for creating custom image software specification has been updated in CPD 5.2 notebooks:

Please validate and close the issue if the new notebook meets your requirements.

@Rafal-Chrzanowski-IBM - the method in the linked notebooks is still pushing a .json file to the storage volume as reported in the issue. Using this approach causes problems during updates whereas using the currently documented approach (now moved to IBM Software hub) will not.
